My card won't go through for the student discount!

Hello,

My name's Bethany Daniels and I've been using Spotify premium for over a year now and I love it, but I just started classes at a community college and wanted to switch to Spotify premuim for students to save $5, but it won't let my card go through when I make a payment, even though I know for a fact there's nothing wrong with my card! Please get back to me about this because I don't want to have to switch music players and lose all my music just because of something that should be simple! Thanks again!
