My creditcard got hacked and my bank mistakenly asked back the money for Spotfiy

Like the title said my creditcard got hacked and my bank mistakenly asked back the money for Spotfiy. I have subsequently rectify this mistake and my bank has since returned the money. 

 

The problem is my account is still closed and I have send spotfiy an email couple of days ago with no response.

 

What should my recourse be to reactivating my account?

 

I can provide my account details when necessary.

I have gone through that contact form 3 or 4 days ago but I have not received anything in return. I was unsure whether my ticket got received that is why I posted here. 

 

I will wait a few more days, but hopefully I'll get an answer soon!

 

It feels such a long time without music!
