Hey @katiejo23,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the ideas section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

The Duo subscription is a Premium plan with a discounted price for 2 users that live together. In this type of subscription, each user has their own account (one owner and one invited) linked to the premium plan. First, we'd recommend making sure the other user was properly invited and joined by checking the process mentioned in this article

If so, we'd recommend the other user logging out of their current account, and logging back in but using their own credentials instead of yours to avoid affecting your playback.

However, if the issue you're having is different to the one mentioned previously, include in your next response more details about it to continue investigating this behavior and help you further.
