My email is no longer active

I am a premium user. Today, when I opened the app, it asked for login and password. I found that strange since that had never happened. So, I typed my email and password and the message that returned to me was that my email did not represent a valid account. What should I do? I am still being charged in my credit card! If I am suddenly out of the community, then I should not be charged at least...

Hey @paulocrom,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help :)

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
