I got a free premium trial and all worked fine. Until this morning! I've been put back to free. Why? And how do I get it back?

Hey @SETdc,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community and welcome.
If you successfully subscribed to Premium and started a three-months trial period, it shouldn't be possible to prematurely interrupt it unless you proactively cancel your subscription.
If you confirm that the subscription process went through but, nonetheless, the Spotify Premium features ended up not displaying as you logged in your account or under 'Your plan' when accessing your Account page, it's likely you're currently in the wrong Spotify account.
To trace back the credentials of your Premium account so that you can access it, it'd be great to take a look at this support site article and, in particular, to carefully read through the section 'Check that your Premium subscription isn’t on another account'.
Let us know how you get on. We'll get back to you if you need any further help!
The account is the same, the 0,01 cent is of my bank account and has been repayed. But my account has been put back to free. I never cancelled it. Also it was working just fine and now it isn't.
Hey @SETdc,
Since you mentioned that the 0,01 cent amount was payed again despite you having already successfully activated Premium, it'd be helpful if you double-checked with your bank and clarified whether they're somehow preventing the transaction for the Premium activation to go through.
Asking this since it's likely that Spotify has tried to confirm and successfully close the transaction while the bank might be not authorizing this.
Let us know how you get on. We'll keep an eye on your reply and get back to you if we can help with anything else!
No the 0,01 cent was the refund for the 0,01 cent I paid to confirm the bank account.. And it worked for a while but now stopped.
Hey @SETdc,
Reaching out to check with you whether anything changed and you activated your Premium.
If you still haven't, it'd be great to try using a different payment method and going through the subscription procedure while in a Incognito or private window with your desktop or laptop device.
