My gift card won't redeem because the address is invalid

I have tried redeeming my $30 Spotify premium gift card but everytime I click continue after putting in my information it says the address is invalid. I have also tried using a public space rather than my home but it will not work either.

Could you try redeeming your gift card here using a different browser or private window?

If that doesn't help, try following all of the steps provided in this support article > Spotify gift card not working? section.
Additionally, attach a screenshot of the error message you're seeing if the problem persists. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
