My girlfriend is afraid if she will lose login into her account

I can't find where to post my question. My girlfriend is afraid if she will change the plan to premium or back to regular after there will be some problem with the login. She has an old email adress connected that she has no access to but its connected to facebook. Can you verify that nothing will happen even thought she changes her premium plan back and forth?

I’m interested to see the answer.  My concern is signing up for 2 months premium for free and if I don’t think it’s worth it, cancelling and going back to my free account, but my free account has over 50 playlists and I don’t want to lose any of them if I cancel premium.  Idk

Switching between Spotify Premium and the free plan won't affect her login, but if she can't access her old email, she should update her account info with a current email for security. Her Facebook connection should remain intact.
