My money was withdrawn from my card but my account isn't premium

My money was withdrawn from my card but my account isn't premium

My money was withdrawn from my card  but my account is not premium. Spotify for students, i approved about my university. Money gone to spotify but im still free account. I need help. I cant solve this problem on spotify web site.

Yes when i send my university information i received e mail from spotify. Like that:

The situation is confirmed!

We confirmed that you are enrolled in an officially approved college or university. This means that Spotify Premium for Students is a few clicks away. Return to Spotify to complete the purchase.

I click that, but i directed error on payment screen. If there is an error, why withdrawn from my card ?

What error do you run into when you click the link in the email?

''I guess your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Do not worry, you were never paid. Try again or use another payment method'' 

but i give card information before send university info. why redirect payment screen again ?

Thank you for working with me thus far! All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
