I know you've already tried reinstalling the app, but since that didn't help, I'd suggest a clean reinstall to make sure any corrupted data is removed from your device.
Just a heads-up, this will remove all your downloads and you'll have to download everything again for offline listening, so best do this at home on WiFi.
