My partner cant join Spotify Duo (different country sign-up)

My partner and I live together and would like to use Spotify Duo together. However, he initially signed up from a different country and also uses a payment method issued in the other country. Spotify won't accept that we live at the same address. What do we do?

In this case, he'll just need to cancel his subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, he'll be able to change hie country through the dropdown menu at https://spotify.com/account.
