My partner cant login on our premium duo

My partner cant login on our premium duo

My account is was set in ireland and we live in germany, I now changed the payment to my german card and now it still doesnt work. Can it be changed now so I dont have to wait untill my next billing date for it to be updated. Or is that even the problem

The reason it's not working yet is because the changes will only take effect from your next billing date. 🙂
