My payment won't go through to start premium

I have a visa debit card. I just checked my balance today and I have exactly 20$ on it. Unfortunately I've tried at least 8 times to buy premium and it keeps saying it won't go through. What can I do? I can't use another card either.

Could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing it? Also trying from an incognito window or a different browser/device would worth a shot.
