My premium account in IPOD says not available offline

Hello, my premium acount called Lisziris doesn't work offline. I downloaded in my ipod some playlists and albums for my trip offshore and since the 4th september I couldn't listen not even one song. Otherwise, in my ipad I still have very few playlists. There must be a big problem. I have internet very occasionally because I travel on sailboats offshore. Please help me!!! 😞 it was so dissapointing after downloading lots for several days....

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
