My premium account not available from my iPhone

Hi -

 

I just signed up to Spotify Premium via Vodafone but it's not activating on my iPhone. Spotify on the web recognises my Premium account - and even when I log out everywhere and log back in on my iPhone it still does not recognise my Premium Account.

 

Help on this needed.

That doesn't sound quite right.
Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Thanks for your reply. However - reinstalling the App makes no difference! when I log in with on the same account as via a web browser - it does not recognise my Premium account. Meanwhile, if I log in via a web browser  on my computer - it does!

 

How can this be??
