I'm using premium for one plan for almost 3 years. There was a problem about payment earlier and when i checked, i saw my plan has changed to premium family. I tried to switch back to premium for one plan but i got "seems like you are not suitable for this plan" error? How can i fix this?

If your subscription plan was changed without your knowledge, we'd recommend following the steps here to secure your account.
Keep in mind that we changed the price for Premium Individual in Turkey in the beginning of this year and you can check the status of your subscription here.
When it comes to re-starting your Premium individual subscription, you can start off by taking a look at this page to see if your cards meet all of our requirements.
It's also worth opening this link in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.
