My Question or Issue

I've had premium for a while, but there was no money in my debit card so it couldn't renew it that way, so I got myself a gift card and redeemed it, it said that it was redeemed two days ago, and then all of the sudden I got a notification that says that my premium will end in two days, Why is this happening? How do I fix it? I've tried logging out and logging back in again and it hasn't updated at all, this has never happened before so I don't know why this is happening.

Can you let me know what your subscription status says here? If it says Premium, is the due date more than two days away? If it is, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps

 

You can also send me a screenshot of where you are seeing this, making sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
