My renewal payment is declined.

I have checked and my Visa credit card is valid and the fund is available.
I also have added a new payment method.

But it still DECLINED.

What happened?

Could somebody in Spotify solve this problem, I have been your member for years.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! We'll be glad to help you with your payments.

We recommend that you try updating your payment details through a private or incognito browser page. 

If that still doesn't resolve the issue, we recommend that you turn to you banks and ask them to have a look at your accounts transaction requests.
