My Question or Issue

I paid for spotify for two months and did receive it. Spoke to someone on that chat and they fixed it. They asked my to pay for the first month and would add two free months. After one month it went back to not being premium again. What happened?

Could you let me know your subscription status in your account overview page? It'd be best to send me a screenshot of the whole page so I can take a closer look. Please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
