My spotify plan adm lost his account, how can I cancel the plan?

My mom it's the administrator of our duo plan. But her cellphone broke and all the passwords she don't remember we can't recover . Like the email that we created our plan .I need to know how we can cancel the plan because she can't even receive the email that spotify has been payed this month. ( english is not my first language so I'm sorry if there are any mispelled words )
