My spotify premium is still on spotify free

I have already read the other threads where the mods commented but this methods do not work for me. Ive got email from spotify and logged in with the username given to me but i still have spotify free. Neither have i accidently made a 2nd account using facebook. Ive even made another account and its the same there. Im worried that in three months im gonna be charged double.
