4 days ago i bought a premium account, the payment is done but it isnt workin, the status is not updating. even if a close my account in any device or check the subscription status it doesnt appear. What can i do? or how can i get my money back?

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days.
The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.

But they already accept the discount... and still dont get access to premium features.
