My Question

my student discount has been canceled too early. Should have been for 12 months (April 2018 - March 2019) but has been discontinued by December 2018. PayPal history for proof if needed.

thanks for posting !

In cases like these students are required to re-enter and re-verify their details and if it doesn't happen on time it may revert the account back to Premium or Free.

Please contact support through this help page and have them check it out for you.
