My subscription changed from premium to free

My subscription changed from premium to free

I was subscribed to premium but today, it became free. I’m paying my subscription fee every month. Kindly have this fixed.

I have the same problem! Yesterday Spotify should have charged for this month, but apparently they didn't charge me (I didn't cancel the subscription) and now I'm on Spotify Free. I tried logging off and on again, but that didn't change anything.

It's so weird because I've had Spotify Premium for over 2 years and something like this never happened.
