I applied to update my students plan for Spotify on May the 2nd and the same day it was approved by SheerID verification. I didn’t noticed that I had to press that option of the discount, I thought it will automatically apply after receiving the email and message. By today I noticed on my bank account that Spotify charged me the normal premium plan. I would like to ask for a refund. Thank you for understanding.
