My Question or Issue

Between 5 and 6 of january 2021, my Premium got cancelled and I can't subscribe again. When I try, I get a message that says that there was a problem with the payment. I have tried with two different credit cards, on my cellphone, on my desktop, on icognito mode on both devices, logged out and in again and still can't get past the same message. I contacted my bank but they said that the billing request never got to then. The error message is attached (message in portuguese)

Got a error and the attachment failed. Trying it again now

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

We appreciate the extensive troubleshooting you've done so far. We advise that you also give it a go with a different internet connection, If the same error comes up there as well, it would be best if you reach out to our Customer Support team. They can have a look at your account backstage and see what might be causing this issue.

I have tried with the wifi at home and with the 4G on my phone while outside my house, but got the same message still..

I will try to contact the Customer Support.
