My subscription got cancelled

My subscription got cancelled

Hello, i bought subscriptionfor a year. It worked like for 2 or so weeks, after that it got cancelled. 

In screenshot there is a proof of what i bought and when and second is that i don't have any plans in work.

What should i do or what was a cause of cancel?
