My subscription isn't getting renewed

I already paid around april 29 but it still says payment failed and paymaya is always sending an sms that spotify is still trying to make me pay.

Doesnt work, still says I'm not paid. And also on my Spotify app on android, it says im subscribed to "family" but I didnt change to any plan because whenever I open it on browser it only show I was subscribed to premium.
