My subscription request has been declined


Hello everyone!


My Spotify subscription has declined due to a reason I couldn't figure out. I am trying to pay my subscription fee by a card I use as always for a year. There are enough funds in the card and it hasn't been expired yet. But I can't figure out why Spotify doesn't approve my subscription. Does anyone know or guess why I can't use the card I use regularly for my payment on Spotify?

About your issue, I suggest that you getting touch with your card customer service and check if your card is able to recurring payments and if they can say anything about it. And don't forget to take a look at this following article:
