We'd recommend that you try subscribing again in an incognito window as it doesn't keep that info saved. 

If you still get this error message, could you post some screenshots of it? This way we'll better better understand what exactly is going on and advise you further. 

Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
