Não consigo assinar o plano premium (problema de carregamento da página)

Não consigo assinar o plano premium (problema de carregamento da página)

Estou tentando realizar o pagamento do plano premium e após eu clicar na opção de cartão (débito ou crédito) a página apenas carrega e não passa para o próximo passo. Já tentei pelo celular, desktop e janela privativa. Também já tentei escolher planos diferentes e mudar a conexão de internet (4G/WI-FI).

We appreciate the troubleshooting you've already tried.

 

Could you try a different web browser aswell or clear the cache and cookies of your current one?

 

How did that go?

Esta acontecendo a mesma coisa comigo.

Na opção de cartão de crédito, a página só fica carregando. Já testei em outros navegadores, pelo aplicativo, apaguei os cookies... simplesmente não vai.

Could you try a different device as well? Also make sure to switch the network connections if possible.

Estou passando pelo mesmo problema. Ja tentei em outros dispositivos e o mesmo erro prossegue.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
 

That being said, we'd recommend you try to make the payment in an incognito window. 

 

If that doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest changing the internet connection you've tried to use so far. If you're trying from a computer and this is happening with both WiFi and Ethernet, we'd recommend you create a hotspot with a mobile device with cellular data and check. 

 

Lastly, we'd suggest to try from a different browser.

O mesmo está acontecendo comigo, preencho todos os dados, porém não passa para a próxima etapa. O que está acontecendo???
