Não consigo realizar o pagamento do meu plano, o cartão dá erro, diferentes

Meu cartão foi bloqueado pois foi clonado. Devido a isso, minha conta foi cancelada.
Porém, quando tento atualizar o cartão, dá erro e manda acessar o suporte.
Todas as soluções do suporte não deram certo. Tentei diferentes cartões.
Cancelei minna assinatura e quando tentei ser premium de novo, acontece o mesmo problema.
