Não tive um mês grátis no spotify

Fiz assinatura do premium pagando R$16,90 mas não tive um mês grátis. O que aconteceu ?

Bem-vindo à Comunidade Spotify, estamos felizes em ver que você faz parte da nossa banda.

 

Se o pagamento foi feito pra o Plano Familiar, a gente não vai ter o mês grátis. Isso é só pra Premium regular.

 

Se tiver alguma outra dúvida, fale com a gente.

Meu Spotify não contou o mês grátis, fiz a compra do spotify conta única (pela primeira vez), e mesmo assim não contou foi aproximadamente um mês apenas de uso

Thanks for getting in touch about this in the Community! We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 

 

There are a few reasons why this could've happened. If you already used the payment method to subscribe to Premium from a different Spotify account, you won't be able to get a trial again. Additionally, take into account that the trial only applies to recurrent subscriptions. If you used one of our pre-paid options that has no automatic renewal, you won't get the trial either. 

 

If none of this were the case, the best option would be to get in contact with our Support team and they will take a look at your account.
