NO PUEDO ACTUALIZAR MI FORMA DE PAGO

Cuando intento actualizar mi forma de pago, le doy en actualizar y la pagina se queda cargando con los 3 puntitos, sin yo poder ingresar nada y asi lleva mas de 2 horas.

es un problema que tengo ya con varios dias y hoy se vencio el periodo, 

cual es el problema?

Could you try updating your payment details using a different device?
