Nececito dar de baja la suscripcion y no sé cuál es mi cuenta

In this case, I recommend trying the suggested steps in this support article to find your Spotify account. You can then cancel your Premium subscription by following the steps provided here. 

If you still can't find your Spotify account, I would recommend getting in touch with Customer Support via their contact form linked in this support article (where it says “contact us").
