Necesito ayuda con mi Spotify Premium

Tengo problema para usar mi cuenta premium. Desde el 28 de enero del 2020 solicité mi cuenta premium y hasta ayer me funcionaba. Hoy no ya no puedo utilizarla, cambió la cuenta a “free” y no he recibido ningún email de advertencia sobre esto. Ayuda por favor!
