Hola! Quiero dar de baja mi cuenta familiar premium pero dice que no soy la propietaria cuando en realidad lo soy.

If you're unable to cancel the subscription from here, you're probably a sub-account on the plan. If that's the case, you'll need to ask the administrator of the plan to remove you.
