Need a refund. Cancelled 2 weeks ago but was still charged.

Need a refund. Cancelled 2 weeks ago but was still charged.

I want a refund. My account is FREE but I was still charged 9.99 last night. I will report it as fraud if I do not get a refund.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed and all requests will get evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the support.With that in mind, please fill out the contact form to create a ticket with support.
The support will do their best to get in touch with you as fast as possible, but please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
