Need help cancelling account

So, my bank keeps giving me overdraft fees for Spotify, and I've tried literally every way to cancel my subscription but I can't find anything. Also, when I log into my account on the website, it asks if I want to get premium when I already have it. If anyone knows how to help it would be greatly appreciated

It seems like you have more than one account, which is why you can't cancel your subscription on the account you're signed in to.
