Need help with my Fido Premium Account

HI, I've had spotify premium since ive been with Fido. My premium was working yesturday and for some reason it had stopped working. My phone number matches with my fido account and so I dont know how I can fix the problem.

Ya I called them and they fixed it in two days. Problem solved.
