Need to Cancel Premium but cant figure out associated email

Grandson signed up for Spotify, changed phones, didn't cancel and now can't figure out which email is associated to the premium account and cant cancel.  The charges are going to MY credit card.  Need to figure out how to cancel?

You should contact Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
