Need to cancel a Spotify account but don't know the details

I am being charged for an account through my phone contract I do not use and do not know the sign in details, and lost the email address

If you are paying through a phone contract (such as Vodafone, Pay by Optus, Telekom, Telia, etc.), you should be able to cancel the subscription through your carrier. Feel free to contact them first, then afterwards if things go astray, go contact Spotify here: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/ and they should be able to help you out.
