Need to cancel a subscription

I bought a three month subscription for my daughter on her spotify app. She had made an account with an email adress that does not exist (she made a typo when entering her email). She logged out and we had to make a new account with her right email and she is now a part of the family premium. So how can a cancel the subscription on the account that I can not access, the one with the email that does not exist?

I’m sorry to hear this.  

Are you able to access the old account with the wrong email address and password? If so, you can simply cancel the subscription while logged in with these steps.
