Needing help!!!

I just bought a new Alexa. Its saying that my spotify account will not stream to it? Now my spotify account, which I am a paying premium member for, says that I have to have premium in order to stream to Alexa?  It is also now showing me as a free member.  But I still am a premium member. Where can I get help for this issue?? This is all way too difficult! Is there an easier way to contact Spotify for help? Thank you!

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
