My Question or Issue

Hi, I've been a premium user for a long time and would like to redeem the free nest offer, although I don't see a button to redeem it anywhere? I am logged in and tried resetting all browser cookies and trying a different browser but it just keeps giving me the button to see all plans?

Any help would be great thanks.
