Never use spotify but charged me 9 dollors every month

Never use spotify but charged me 9 dollors every month

I am a fido user who  have never used spotify, however, I was charged 9 dollors every month since september 2017. I called fido and want to cancel the spotify and get my refund but they told me to connect with spotify to solve the problem. So I created an account in spotify but can cancel because the description shows nothing. I am going to take a vocation and want to cancel spotify before I leave. I cant connect to costomer service and Ijust want some one work in spotify check it for me so I can cancel the charge and get my refund. Thank you and plz connect with me asap.

If your subscription was set up through Fido, and you were charged through Fido, you'll need to reach out to them again for a refund.

 

If the charges were made directly through us, reach out to us on Twitter or Facebook with your account info so we can have a look at the account.
