New credit card not valid

Hi - I do not know if this place will be the right for support on this topic...but where else write? There is not any other place to send an email for help when everything is read an done - and still the same problem.. The thing is that I had to get a new credit card...but it is not possible to get the payment through....and I have now tried about 100 times...and every time the message: "enter a valid credit card"..in a red frame....The card is highly valid...and money on..I am really frustrated......so what to do now? I have of course changed the payment details....and they are correct - and done what is needed ...BUT it is not accepted...I have Spotify  premium ...Please help - I do not want to loose it...Kindly Anita Diana

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
