New iPhone and Premium account not working

New iPhone and Premium account not working

I recently switched from android over to an iPhone 7. Have had premium for over 3 months and no longer have it when I access my account with the new iPhone. I've gone online and it lists me as a free user despite my credit card statement showing a payment this month. Have tried reinstalling the app

Hey there @user-removed, welcome to the community!

 

That's odd but never fret, help's here! This sounds like you may not be logged in the right account on your new phone. 

 

 

I'd suggest you try the following:

 

    1. Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
    2. If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
    3. If it says Free (like yours in this instance), check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
