New phone but not registering Premium or library

So, I just went from iPhone 6 to 7 and downloaded Spotify immediately. It worked fine earlier today on old phone and had premium. On my PS4 I still have my library and premium. Now I don't have premium or my library on my new phone, it's all blank.

It even says I'm free status when I log in on the Spotify website, and yes it is all the same account, I only have one account I use.

I tried uninstalling and installing, I've logged out and logged back in multiple times, except on PS4 because I'm afraid if I do that I might lose everything.

Apparently Spotify is too lazy to have customer service and relies on its customers to do all the work and won't help, so here I am with no idea how to get what I am paying them every month for.
