My Question or Issue
I've had Premium Family for months (on my name) & it worked fine. Now, 2 weeks ago i've bought a new phone, and Inve noticed I'm unable to download music for offline use. I cans till select any song I want, I don't have any adds, so my subscription still works. Which also shows in my account when I check it online.
But whenevee I try to download music online it gives me the following message: "You've discovered a premium feature. Upgrade to premium."
But I already have premium?! Quite annoying & a waste of mobile data. I want to be able to listen offline again.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If that doesn't help, please try a different internet connection and let me know how this goes 🙂
