New phone, no account

New phone is Galaxy A6. Logged in after resetting password, and it recognises me, but my Premium account is not there.


I've logged out, back in...still not there.


I've logged in with FB too, and no joy.


As I'm still paying, can this be sorted quickly?

Hi there!

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.
